Dr. Kobb strives to build partnerships and empower communities. This goes beyond guiding individuals to unlock their potential. It is a commitment to stretching the boundaries of opportunities available to everyone.
“We are never limited by our struggles,” says Dr. Kobb. She brings people together around initiatives in communities. Now Fitchburg can link up with similar efforts taking place all over the world.
Dr. Kobb has brought together the City of Fitchburg, the Fitchburg Art Museum, and Fitchburg Public Library to celebrate International Youth Day, which the United Nations General Assembly established in 1999.
The day serves an annual celebration of the role of young women and men as essential partners in change and as an opportunity to raise awareness of challenges and problems facing the world’s youth.

We have the pleasure to announce the role of Dr. Kobb as a final paper advisor to students in the International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL) at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management.
Joined in January 2018, because Dr. Kobb can speak the truth to power, see the unseen potentials and capacities by others and in others, her striving to build partnerships and empower communities goes beyond the guiding of individuals toward reaching their unlocked potentials and is committed to stretching the boundaries in understanding how the justice is available for all and we are never limited by our struggles.
Organized by Vineyard Power and Environment Massachusetts Research & Policy Center, the summit focused on how the island can move to 100% renewable energy like solar and wind. Dr. Kobb discussed the health impacts of climate change as well as PSR’s work on climate.
Dr. Kobb spent 3 months in the spring of 2016 at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), a graduate-level research university located on the shores of the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. Advising the Social Responsibility department on developing and implementing social responsibility partnerships strategy to improve the quality of life for communities in Saudi Arabia. Just in thie to be aligning and integrating the themes of the Saudi Vision 2030 and the UN Sustainable Development Agenda 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Partnership development and stakeholders engagement strategic planning.
Participated on April 29-30, in the first STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) 48 hour Ideation Challenge that took place at KAUST. Healthcare Policy and Politics in the Gulf States - Dr. Tatjana Kobb participated in the Working Group I meeting when she lived in Doha, Qatar.
Center for International and Regional Studies (CIRS) convened the first working group under the research initiative Healthcare Policy and Politics in the Gulf States on April 27-28, 2014. Healthcare practitioners, strategists and social scientists from various disciplinary backgrounds gathered over two days to discuss the rapidly changing health profile of the region, the existing conditions of health systems, and the challenges posed to healthcare management across the six countries of the GCC.
